Refund and Returns Policy

• Return your order up to 28 days from the purchase date.
• Please contact us to authorise your return as we will not accept your unauthorised return.
• Return products in unused condition and in the original packaging where possible.
• Your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to the original payment method within 14 working days of receipt.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs at this time, excluding shipping costs for the return of faulty or damaged items.
• Please note, we reserve the right to refuse refund if goods are damaged or aren’t returned in a saleable condition
